Susan Kilgour

Susan has spent her nearly 40-year career working in public service. As a senior civil servant, she is an experienced manager and leader, with expertise in leading change, policy making and implementation, project management, leading graduate development programmes and building strategic relationships across the public, private and charitable sectors.

She is a chartered member of CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development and a qualified tax professional. As a mature student Susan studied leadership, business and accountancy with the Open University attaining a BSc (hons) degree.

In her spare time Susan plays the double bass and sings, enjoys gardening, walking in the beautiful mid-Wales countryside and reading.
